 I'm Ali Hall, founder of Blue Oak Benefits. After more than a decade working on the technology side of Medicare, I saw how often people felt rushed and unsure about their Medicare decisions. I started Blue Oak to build an agency based on clarity, patience, and long-term relationships instead of quick transactions. My approach is simple: listen first, explain options simply and accurately, and help clients choose coverage I would want for my own family.

I'm Todd Diggs, a Licensed Medicare Advisor who believes Medicare decisions should be made through clear, no-pressure, educational conversations. After working as an Independent Career Agent for UnitedHealthcare, I felt it was important to become fully independent to provide unbiased guidance and more plan options for my clients. My goal is to help clients understand their choices, compare plans confidently, and feel supported year after year.
